3 Easy Low Carb Recipes Using Our New Entrée Bowls
Even though our Entrée Bowls are real good on their own, we've been digging ALL the creative ways our RGF fam is enjoying their Entrée Bowls.
So if you're looking for some low-carb, gluten-free recipes featuring our Entrée Bowls that will blow your mind - and taste buds - away...we got yo' back! Here are three of our favorites from Instagram lately!
Chicken Lasagna Bowl on a Bed of Spaghetti Squash
Turn our grain-free lasagna bowl into a delicious sauce for a low-carb spaghetti squash "pasta" bowl.
Ingredients
One Real Good Foods Chicken Lasagna Bowl
One medium spaghetti squash
Optional: mushrooms
Directions
Using a knife, poke around 10 holes into your spaghetti squash. Then place in the microwave and cook for 12 minutes, rotating your squash every three minutes.
Once your spaghetti squash cools, cook your Chicken Lasagna Bowl in the microwave, following the instructions on the box. Next, cut your spaghetti squash in half, "shred" it with a fork and place your cooked Chicken Lasagna Bowl on your desired amount of spaghetti squash noodles.
If you want to add some mushrooms to your low-carb dinner, you can also cut and add those into the mix!
Chicken Burrito Bowl Low-Carb Flautas
Turn our low-carb Chicken Burrito Bowl into a delicious filling for low-carb flautas!
Ingredients
One Real Good Foods Chicken Burrito Bowl
Choice of low-carb wraps (Nuco Coconut Wraps are used here)
Cooking oil spray of choice
Your choice of toppings (sour cream, cheese, lettuce, hot sauce, etc.)
Directions
Begin by following the instructions on the box to cook your low-carb Chicken Burrito Bowl. While it cooks, preheat your oven to 350 - or be ready to use your air fryer at 350.
Then take your low-carb wraps and fill each one with a few spoonful of the burrito bowl. Spay with cooking spray in a safe cooking dish, and cook for around 15 minutes in the oven or 12 minutes in the air fryer.
You want your gluten-free flautas to be golden brown at the end of cooking!
Chicken Lasagna Bowl with Bacon-Fat Parmesan Asparagus
This bacon-fat parmesan asparagus was paired with our Chicken Lasagna Bowl...but you bet can we've eaten this bomb side dish with every one of our bowls and loved it just as much!
Ingredients
One Real Good Foods Chicken Lasagna Bowl
Fresh asparagus
Parmesan
Butter
Bacon fat (not gonna lie, we've def cooked up some extra bacon with our breakfast sammies just to have some leftover bacon fat for this recipe!)
Optional: mixed greens, Roma tomatoes, extra cheese and dressing for a side salad!
Directions
Using a pan with leftover bacon fat, add around a tablespoon of butter and your fresh asparagus. Sautee until the asparagus is tender, cooking your low-carb Chicken Lasagna Bowl in the microwave at the same time!
Once your gluten-free Chicken Lasagna Bowl is cooked and your asparagus has been cooked through, plate with a side salad (if desired) and sprinkle parmesan on the asparagus.
And, of course you can always add some extra parmesan to our Chicken Lasagna Bowl if ya like things super cheesy!
