Low Carb Pumpkin Bisque with Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken
Craving an easy, REAL GOOD low carb dinner? Then you'll love combining a creamy pumpkin bisque with crispy bacon, fresh parsley and our Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken.
This low carb chicken dinner takes less than 45 minutes to make, and is loaded with protein thanks to our Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken. 32g Protein, 1g Carbs and filled with gooey cheese that makes any pumpkin bisque even more tasty.
1 can of pre-made pumpkin bisque or pumpkin soup
Several strips of bacon
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place your Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken on a baking tray and bake for 36-38 minutes, flipping halfway. If you have an air fryer, you can also cook them in there instead! Just cook at 375 for 26-28 minutes, flipping halfway.
Then cook your bacon in a skillet until crispy while you heat up your pumpkin bisque or pumpkin soup. Once the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken is ready, place in your warm soup and top with chopped up bacon bits and freshly cut parsley.
