Breakfast Superfood Crust 


Ingredients

1 superfood crust or Cauliflower Crust

4 eggs

2 tbsp heavy cream

½ cup cooked bacon

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup chopped white onion

Avocado for topping

Hot sauce for topping

Parsley for topping

Salt and pepper 


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400F. Remove the crust from the box and place it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. 

Place the eggs and heavy cream into a bowl and whisk well. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare it with non-stick spray. Add in the onion and cook until tender and then add in the eggs and scramble just until slightly wet looking. Add in half of the cheese and continue to mix until melted. Place the scrambled eggs over the crust and top with remaining cheese and bacon. Cook the breakfast pizza for 10-15 minutes and cheese is melted. Top with avocado, hot sauce and parsley before serving.
