Buffalo Chicken Pizza!
Time to heat up the kitchen with this Buffalo Chicken Pizza! Make it with either our new Superfood or Cauliflower Crust pizzas! Both crusts are low-carb, keto and diabetic-friendly, and packed with nutrients!

Ingredients
1 superfood crust or Cauliflower Crust
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded chicken
⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp ranch dressing
2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
Parsley for topping
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil. Place the superfood crust into the center of the pan. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Place the shredded chicken into a bowl and toss in the buffalo wing sauce and then add it to the pizza. Bake the pizza for 14-16 minutes and the cheese is melted. Top with ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles and parsley.
