Need a low carb dinner that the whole fam will enjoy all summer long? Then you'll love learning how to cook our low carb Stuffed Chicken on the grill! Pair with your favorite low carb vegetable - we used zucchini - and sugar free sauce for a low carb chicken dinner perfect for a summer BBQ.
Ingredients
For Our Low Carb Grilled Stuffed Chicken
Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken - we used our Spinach Artichoke flavor
Zucchini, or choice of low carb vegetable
Salt and pepper
Non-stick cooking oil spray
Sugar free hot sauce or BBQ sauce of choice (optional)
Instructions
For Our Low Carb Stuffed Chicken
The night before you make this grilled low carb chicken dinner, defrost your Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken in the fridge. Or if you don't have time, skip this step and just microwave the Stuffed Chicken for 2-3 minutes right before grilling.
Then, heat up your grill and grill pan. While it's heating up, cut your zucchini into thick strips and season with salt and pepper. Spray the grill with non-stock cooking oil and place zucchini and Stuffed Chicken on the grill. Cook for a few minutes on each side, or until the zucchini is soft and the chicken is warmed through.
Top your Stuffed Chicken with your hot sauce or BBQ sauce (if ya like getting saucy like we do)! Finally, serve and dig in!
