Real Good Foods Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

English cucumber

Orange and red cherry tomatoes

Red onions

Avocado

Mozzarella pearls

Pre-made pesto

Lemon juice

Instructions

For this Low Carb and High Protein Summer Salad

First, get your Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken cooking! If you want to use your oven, preheat it to 375 degrees. Place baking sheet with two Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chickens in the oven. Bake for 36-38 minutes. OR if you have an air fryer, cook our Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken in that at 350 for 26-28 minutes.

While it's cooking, chop up your English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onions and avocado. Add to a large bowl, followed by the mozzarella pearls, a scoop of pre-made pesto and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix and then top with your Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken!
