Anybody who knows us knows that we're ALWAYS down for some bacon...especially in the form of a loaded bacon breakfast sandwich! And if you're craving a classic BLT but trying to eat low carb or grain free, this Low Carb Breakfast Sammie BLT needs to land on your dinner menu, ASAP!
And if you're short on time or cooking skills, don't worry either. Cuz this sammie is crazy easy to make and is ready in less than five minutes!
Ingredients

Real Good Foods Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, defrosted overnight in the fridge
Leafy greens
Tomato
Optional: Mayonnaise

For Our Low Carb Breakfast Sammie BLT
The night before you make this low carb BLT, place your Real Good Foods Breakfast Sandwich in the fridge to thaw. That's how our Breakfast Sandwiches cook best - but if you forget, you can still whip up an epic BLT from frozen.
Either way, start by removing your Sandwich from its packaging and wrapping it tightly in a paper towel. Then cook for 30 seconds on each side, if your Sandwich has been thawed, or 45 seconds on each side if from frozen.
Pro tip: if you want to make your Breakfast Sandwich extra crispy, air fry it for five minutes at 350 degrees F after microwaving!
Once your Breakfast Sandwich is all toasty, add sliced tomato, lettuce and a liberal swipe of mayo if that's your thang. Congrats - you just made your low carb BLT dreams come true!
