A Dozen Eggs
Shredded Cheese

Instructions
For Our Low Carb Cheesy Tater Tot Egg Bites
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a muffin or cupcake pan and add 2 Tater Tots to each cup. Crack one egg over each cup and season to taste. Lastly, add cheese to the top of each cup.
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degree. Let cool and enjoy!
