Ingredients

For Your Spicy Low Carb Breakfast Bowl

One tray of Grande Chicken Enchiladas

2 bell peppers

1 C cooked Cauliflower Rice

1/4 C shredded cheese

Instructions

For Your Enchilada Stuffed Peppers

Grab a tray of our Grande Chicken Enchiladas from your freezer and remove the plastic. Transfer it to an air-fryer safe container or cook it right in the tray. Air fry at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While it's cooking, cut the tops off of the bell peppers and clean out the seeds. Stuff each pepper with half of the rice. When the enchiladas are done cooking, cut into pieces and add to the peppers. Top with cheese and bake the stuffed peppers at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Plate and enjoy!
