Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Sandwiches
Fall is a real good time to fall in love with pumpkin spice...in the form of low carb breakfast sandwiches! In this recipe, we give the low carb bread buns a French toast style upgrade. Meanwhile, pumpkin spice and sugar free syrup makes this sweet and savory low carb breakfast a perfect choice for those chilly, fall mornings. Plus, thanks to our Breakfast Sandwiches, this breakfast is packed with more than 22g of protein!

Ingredients
For Our Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Sandwiches
Real Good Foods Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk or creamer
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp vanilla
Butter or olive oil
Sugar free syrup
Instructions
For Our Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Sandwich
First, take your low carb Breakfast Sandwich out of the freezer and place in the fridge to defrost overnight. The next morning, combine 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice. Blend until smooth and add 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1/4 cup milk.
Then add olive oil or butter to a pan. Dip thawed breakfast sandwich buns in the liquid mixture, and place on a warm frying pan. Flip after a few minutes and repeat with the other bun. Warm up the cheese, egg and sausage in the same pan, and then assemble your breakfast sandwich.
