1 Real Good Foods Low Carb Breakfast Bowl

1 red onion

1 red pepper

Cherry Tomatoes

Hot Sauce

Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt


For a Low Carb Loaded Breakfast Bowl

Remove the breakfast bowl from the plastic wrapping and air fry at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. While the bowl is cooking, slice the onion and peppers into strips then sauté them. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. When the bowl is done in the air fryer, add the veggies, sour cream, and hot sauce, and your bowl is ready!
