The next time you hear someone say that low-carb salads are boring, send this recipe their way. Because between crispy Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken and a homemade cheese bowl to hold yo' greens, this low-carb and high-protein salad is anything BUT boring and bland.
And before you start thinking that this recipe is way beyond your kitchen skills -relax. Like usual, we got your back and this low-carb, gluten free lunch is as easy to make as it is dayum good to eat!

Ingredients for Our Stuffed Chicken Salad in a Homemade Cheese Bowl
1 box of Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken (we used the Creamy Spinach & Artichoke flavor)
Choice of greens
Choice of additional salad toppings (optional)
How to Make Our Stuffed Chicken Salad in a Homemade Cheese Bowl
First, grab a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl and turn it upside down. Then drape one cheese sheet on top of the bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes. Viola! One golden and crispy bowl made of cheese!
Place your cheese bowl to the side, and then cook your chosen flavor of Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken. Following the instructions on the box, you can either bake our stuffed chicken in the oven or cook it in the microwave. Once your chicken is done, slice it and then start building your salad!! Load your cheese bowl with your choice of greens, salad toppings and our stuffed chicken...and eat the bowl along with your salad for some extra CRUNCH.
