Stuffed Chicken with Zucchini Marinara
Craving a cozy, warm bowl of chicken marinara pasta...without all the carbs? Then prepare to fall in love with our recipe for Stuffed Chicken with Zucchini Marinara!
Tender zucchini noodles, a flavorful marinara sauce and our Poblano Stuffed Chicken combine into a low-carb dinner that is perfect for when you're having date night at home, need an easy meal after a long day at work or just want something delicious, grain-free and gluten free to dig into!

What Ingredients You Need to Make Our Low-Carb, Grain-Free Stuffed Chicken with Zucchini Marinara
1 box of Real Good Foods Stuffed Chicken in your preferred flavor (we used Poblano)
1 package of zucchini noodles (or zucchini that you will spiralize into your own zoodles)
Your choice of marinara sauce
How to Make Our Low-Carb Stuffed Chicken with Zucchini Marinara
If you are going to cook your Stuffed Chicken in the oven or air fryer (we recommend both over the microwave), begin by cooking the chicken according to the box instructions or our Pro Tips video here.
Once your chicken is about 10 minutes away from being done, work on your zoodles! First, pour your zoodles into a large sauté pan and cook them with olive oil until soft. Then add your choice of marinara sauce and bring the mixture to a simmer.
After a few minutes, top your marinara zoodles with parmesan cheese. And no, you can never have enough cheese...so you do you, and we won't judge how much lands in your pan. 😉
Once your Stuffed Chicken is cooked, slice it and place it on top of your zucchini marinara in a bowl. Take a moment to appreciate your restaurant-worthy dinner...and then dig in!
