If you thought our low carb enchiladas couldn’t get any tastier, this superfood tostadas recipe is about to blow your mind. It combines the yummy fillings of tostadas – like refried beans, lettuce, avocado and cheese – with our bomb low carb pizza crusts and enchiladas...and yea, we're 100% obsessed.  

PLUS, this feast is super easy to make! So let’s dig in into the recipe... 

Ingredients for Our Epic Tostada Recipe 

Real Good Foods Superfood crust or Cauliflower Crust 

Olive oil

Refried beans 

Lettuce 

Tomatoes 

Avocados 

Cotija cheese 

Pickled jalapenos 

Siracha aioli sauce (optional)

How To Make Your Superfood Tostada:  

First, you need to cut a circular shape from the superfood (or cauliflower) pizza crust. Drizzle on some olive oil and pop your “tostada” tortilla in the oven at 400 F for 5-6 mins. 

Next, follow the instructions to cook your Real Good Foods Enchiladas. 

Then comes the best part: throwing together your EPIC superfood tostada! Start by spreading a large spoonful of mashed beans over your cooked tostada shell. Then add your goeey enchilada (we know it’s hard to resist eating it on its own...but this combo is worth it!). Sprinkle on cheese and other toppings, and enjoy!
