For Our Low Carb Loaded Grande Cheese Enchiladas

First, cook your Grande Enchiladas. If you need an extra quick lunch, poke holes in the film covering the enchiladas and microwave for 3:30 to 4:30 minutes, letting it rest for 1 minute. But if you have time, we definitely recommend cooking in the oven. Leave the enchiladas in the tray but remove the film on top of them. Then cook at 400 degrees F for 30-33 minutes, letting rest for 1 minute.

While it's cooking, cut up your toppings if needed. Then load up your cooled Grande Cheese Enchiladas and dig in!
