Pesto Pizza

For a taste of Italy in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients: 

- Real Good Food's Cauliflower stand-alone Crusts 

- 3 tbsp Pesto sauce 

- 1 Ripe Tomato 

- 1/4 cups Shredded Skim Mozzarella (Why Mozzarella?

- Fresh Basil 

- Perforated Pizza Pan

Directions: 

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Remove 1 crust from packaging and place it on a perforated pizza pan.

2. While the oven is preheating, spread the pesto base evenly across the crust 

3. Above your base, top your low-carb pizza with mozzarella, tomato, and/or any other desired toppings.

4. Cook your pizza for 11-12 minutes

5. Top with fresh basil

6. Enjoy! 

 

Mushroom Ricotta Pizza 

For a creamy, dreamy, low-carb, dinner. Our cauliflower crust is made with real ingredients, leaving you more room to get creative with your toppings. 

Ingredients: 

Real Good Food's Cauliflower stand-alone Crusts 

- 1/4 cup Mushroom 

- 3 tbsp Ricotta Cheese

- 2 tbsp Shredded Mozarella 

- Parsley for topping (if desired!) 

- Perforated Pizza Pan

Directions: 

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Remove 1 crust from packaging and place on a perforated pizza pan.

2. While the oven is preheating, spread ricotta base evenly across crust 

3. Chop and apply mushrooms 

4. Add an additional sprinkle of mozzarella cheese 

5. Bake for 11-12 minutes

6. Apply parsley after baking if desired

7. Enjoy!
