Microwave -Remove from wrapper and place on a microwave-safe plate. Cook for 60 seconds then flip over and cook for an additional 90-120 seconds. Let sit for 1 minute before removing. Handle carefully.
Oven - Remove from wrapper and place on a baking sheet. Cook at 350° for 26-28 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let sit for 1 minute.
Air Fryer - Remove from wrapper. Cook at 350° degrees for 15-17 minutes and- flip halfway through
Protips - Cut up and top on a salad. Add buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or your favorite sauce. Pair with veggies, cauliflower rice, or mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes/cauliflower.
