I’ve tried a few things by the Real Good Food company and haven’t been disappointed! The size of the items might look a bit smaller than what you may be used to eating, but when you add a nice salad or side dish of roasted veggies it can make for a very filling and healthy meal. The chicken was evenly thin and the cheese filling stayed inside the chicken while baking (something that’s hard to do since usually it all leaks out.) The bacon wrapped on the outside got nicely crisp but didn’t burn. Since it is raw and needs to be oven baked, it does take a bit of time but I had no guilt in making this a park of my meal plan. There’s no artificial junk or unhealthy fried coating. And I can make multiples of them to then be re-heated through the week if I am planning ahead!
