Are there any requirements to follow when I post?
We will send monthly campaign details via email depending on the item we're focusing on that month, but we are super simple! We want you to share the item(s) we're focusing on in the best way it fits your lifestyle. We just ask that you tag us in the video (reel, tiktok, you tube, Facebook, etc) and in the caption, and use #realgoodfoods and #realgoodVIP. We also ask that the reel be in feed, meaning it shows up on your main feed/profile, not just your reels page.

When can I expect my coupons?
Coupons ship ground through USPS and should arrive in the first 2 weeks of the month.

Where can I use my coupons?
Coupons can be redeemed at most major grocery store chains (with the exception of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's & Sprouts). They can also be used at Walmart and Target. Costco and Sam's club carry our meals but they do not accept our coupons. There will be monthly campaigns where we may ask you to go into Costco and/or Sam's club if you live near one to grab our meals but we'll fully reimburse you for the cost of 1-2 large boxes via PayPal.

What If I am unable to complete my requirements?
We totally understand life happens. Just send us an email or a DM letting us know you weren't able to post that month but you'd love to remain in the program. If you're unable to post for more than 3 consecutive months we would pause your RGF VIP coupon shipments until you're able to resume posting!

How can I be featured on the Real Good Foods social platforms?
We love sharing our community! If you go above and beyond with killer in store content, an awesome easy recipe, cooking hack, trending sound or anything that catches our content team's eye, you'll be shared and tagged on our social channels!

When do I get my affiliate code commission payouts?
We send out payments the first week of the month for the month prior via PayPal once you've accumulated at least $100 in commissions. If you don't accumulate it in one month, it carries over to the next month and you'll be paid the month following when you've reached the $100 threshold.

What if I change my handle on social channels?
You will need to send us a DM or email to notify us otherwise we won't be able to see your posts & know you completed the campaign.

What if I move and need to update my address? 
Send us an email or DM asap so your coupons arrive at the correct address next time they’re shipped out..

What if I sent an email or a DM and haven't heard back in a few days?
We're a small team and get a lot of emails and DMs daily but work hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible. It typically takes us 1-2 business days to reply to DMs and emails. If you don't hear back by the 3rd day and/or it's urgent, send us another message and one of us will reply asap!

How do I get out of the Real Good VIP program if it's not a good fit for me anymore?
Just send us an email or a DM and we'll remove you from our roster.
