While obviously this is no Egg McMuffin, if you’re trying to get healthy it is fabulous! My body actually felt good after eating it! I put mine in the microwave and followed the instructions to a T. It was frozen, I wrapped it tightly in my paper towel and I did 45 seconds, then flipped, then 40 more seconds and it turned out perfect. What really made it stand out is I added yellow mustard and that took it to a whole new level. That and a plate of grapes and I had a healthy breakfast, Low carb and high in protein. Perfect! My only complaint was the price. If they were priced lower I would probably have one every morning.
