Yes, you do have to accept the fact that this crust is made of a thin chicken patty, and that it’s a little less crispy than the bread (or cauliflower) crust that you are probably expecting. Once you get over that, it turns out that chicken makes a truly tasty pizza crust, and results in a delicious, filling pizza that’s low-carb and keto friendly. These 5-inch pizzas have a good amount of various toppings and make a good snack or light meal. I love them and highly recommend.
