I wasn’t expecting too much after trying cauliflower crust at a restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. I removed a few pepperonis because I’m not the biggest fan of them and I added some chopped red pepper on top. I also placed it directly on the top rack in the oven instead of a pan to avoid a soggy crust. After baking for about 10 minutes and broiling for a few seconds, I added crushed microwaved turkey bacon, oregano, Italian seasoning, and some salt. It was delicious!
I also enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches as well as the pizza The cauliflower crust is the keeper for me!
