- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in eggs and gently stir until just set and fluffy. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Bowls
- Divide tater tots between two bowls.
- Top with scrambled eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar (and Monterey Jack if using) over the hot eggs and tots.
- Add the crispy chicken pieces on top.

- Drizzle breakfast sauce generously over everything. Add Sriracha or Salsa for an extra kick!

For Chick-fil-A Sauce Dupe (about 1 Cup):

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and BBQ sauce until smooth.

Taste and adjust: add more honey for sweetness, more BBQ sauce for smokiness, or a splash of lemon juice for brightness.
