Easy High Protein Chicken Egg Bites

Hitting your protein goals starts with breakfast, and these easy high protein chicken egg bites are the perfect way to make your goals achievable. Ready in under 30 minutes and using less than 10 ingredients, these chicken egg bites are sure to get your day off on the right foot!

Ingredients

For Chicken Egg Bites

Real Good Foods Seasoned Chicken Bites

2 Eggs

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 C Yellow Peppers 

1/4 C Parsley

Seasonings of choice (we used salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder)

2 1/4 C Shredded Cheese

Green Onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

First, microwave the Seasoned Chicken Bites for 2 minutes and 45 seconds OR air fry at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

While they're cooking, combine all other ingredients besides the green onions in an oven-safe bowl. When chicken is done cooking, chop into smaller bits and add to the mixture. Pour mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until solid all the way through and slightly golden brown on top. Serve and enjoy!
