- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a mixing bowl, combine: cottage cheese, artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, mayo/yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- If you want a smoother dip, blend the cottage cheese first (or blend ½ of the full mixture).
- Spread mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 baking dish.
- Top with a small handful of extra mozzarella.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbling and golden at the edges.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chicken strips and veggies.
