Wedge Salad with Buffalo Ranch Drizzle

Ingredients

  • Real Good Foods Lightly Breaded Chicken Strips
  • (1) small head of iceberg lettuce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Buffalo hot sauce
  • Celery, chopped
  • Green onions, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. While the oven preheats, prepare the salad:
    1. Cut iceberg lettuce into wedges
    2. Chop ¼ cup of celery
    3. Thinly slice 2 tbsp of green onion
  3. Place 4 frozen strips on baking sheet and cook for 19-21 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees)
  4. Arrange iceberg wedges on a plate.
  5. Drizzle with ranch and buffalo sauce.
  6. Top with chopped celery, green onions, and cooked chicken strips
  7. Enjoy!
