Oven - Place sauce pouch in a bowl of warm water to thaw. Place Chicken on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400*F. Place baking sheet in center of rack. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165*. Open Sauce pouch and stir in with chicken. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute.
Air Fryer: Place sauce pouch in a bowl of warm water to thaw. Place Chicken on an air-fryer safe tray and air fry at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165*. Open Sauce pouch and heat the sauce on the stove and mix in with the Chicken, OR pour over the chicken and reheat in the microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes.
