Oven - Place sauce pouch in a bowl of warm water to thaw. Place Chicken on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400*F. Place baking sheet in center of rack. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165*. Open Sauce pouch and stir in with chicken. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute.
Pro Tip: After cooking in the oven, place the Chicken on the stove in a frying pan and mix in the low-sugar Sauce Packet. Stir until the sauce thickens. Then pair with some cauliflower rice or veggie stir fry!
