
Ingredients:
- Real Good Foods Lightly Breaded Chicken Strips
 - (3) medium-sized, ripe avocados
 - (1) red bell pepper
 - (2) roma tomatoes
 - (1) cup Greek Yogurt
 - Lime
 - Garlic Powder
 - Onion Powder
 - Parsley or Cilantro
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 - While the oven preheats, prepare the dressing:
- Combine in a bowl: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, sprinkle of salt & pepper
 
 - Place 4 frozen strips on baking sheet and cook for 19-21 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees)
 - Dice roma tomatoes and red bell pepper
 - Cup avocados in half and remove pit
 - Once strips are cooled, cut into bite sized pieces
 - Assemble: in each half of an avocado, place an even amount of strips, tomatoes, and red bell peppers. Drizzle with sauce and cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice
 - Enjoy!
