FAQ
What are handhelds?
Handhelds are our grab-and-go line: burritos, enchiladas, flautas, breakfast sandwiches, and roll-ups you can eat with one hand, no plate required. Each is built with high-protein fillings and smarter wraps, so you get real food that travels — breakfast to dinner
How much protein is in Real Good Foods burritos and handhelds?
Our handhelds are protein-forward — most deliver 15–25g of protein per serving with significantly fewer net carbs than conventional burritos, which often top 40g of carbs in a standard flour tortilla. Full macros are on every product page.
Are your handhelds low-carb or gluten-free?
Our handhelds use low-carb tortillas and wraps to cut carbs versus traditional versions, and several are gluten-free — but some recipes do contain wheat, soy, or fish. Check the ingredient statement on each product page for the option that fits your diet.
How do I heat a Real Good Foods burrito or breakfast sandwich?
Straight from frozen: microwave 30 seconds - 1 minute per side, or oven/air-fryer for a crispier tortilla. Our products are heat-treated but not fully cooked — always heat to 165°F internal temperature before eating.
Where can I buy Real Good Foods burritos, tortillas, and wraps?
Our handhelds are stocked at Walmart, Costco, Kroger, HEB and other grocers nationwide — look in both the frozen and refrigerated grab-and-go sections. Use RealGoodfoods.com/pages/store-locator to see what’s carried near you, including our tortillas and wraps.
