OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, WHICH REQUIRES THAT (UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LEGISLATION)  ALL DISPUTES BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO ONLY PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR AND/OR SEEK RELIEF ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, OR AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

The “Real Good Foods” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) only (excluding RI) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or otherwise ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Real Good Foods, 525 West Crossroads Parkway, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective state of permanent residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, ViralSweep LLC (the “Administrator”), Bazaarvoice (also, the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Official Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below).)

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrators, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:00 a.m. EST on April 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on February 14, 2027 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into the following four (4) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”):

Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

• Website: During the applicable Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing an online registration at app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/855d73-222095 (the “Website”). The registration form will require Entrants to provide their full name, email address, and a product review. By completing and submitting the Sweepstakes registration form and providing all required information including a review, an Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
• Alternate Method of Entry: During the applicable Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can also enter the Sweepstakes without submitting a review by visiting the alternate website, app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/2267f5-222302   (also, the “Website”). The alternate registration form will require Entrants to provide their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address. By completing and submitting the alternate Sweepstakes registration form and providing all required information, an Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry, for a maximum total of four (4) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.  Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.  Entries will be entered into the drawing for the applicable Entry Period during which the entry is received by the Website.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Review Guidelines: Your honest feedback and/or opinion based on your actual experience is required. A positive review or endorsement will not increase your chances of winning. The entire review form must be completed. Reviews must not be indecent, obscene, hateful, harassing, abusive, vulgar, tortious, defamatory, or libelous or contain material that is fake, that violates or infringes another’s rights, that includes the personal information or likeness of another person, that is inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, or ethnicity, or that contains material that is unlawful in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it finds the review unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules, all in its sole discretion.

Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices or other automated systems is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://realgoodfoods.com/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Sponsor and/or Administrators may collect and process Entrants' personal contact information in connection with the Sweepstakes for the purposes of administering and managing the Sweepstakes. This processing is in order to fulfill a contract or take steps linked to a contract (including these Official Rules), and if such processing is not provided, Entrant may not be able to enter into, and Sponsor and Administrators may not be able to fulfill, the contract.  Sponsor and Administrators will retain the personal contact information that Entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes for a period reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering and managing the Sweepstakes, including prize fulfillment, and may disclose such information in connection with a public list of the Winner, or pursuant to any license granted to Sponsor by Entrant under these Official Rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any reviews and related personal contact information submitted by an Entrant may be maintained on Sponsor’s and/or its affiliates’ websites for such period of time as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

By submitting any Entry, including any information, text, images, audio, video and any other content therein, Entrants represent that (a) the Entry is truthful, original, and does not contain any material that would defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, and does not violate any applicable federal, state or local laws or ordinances or these Official Rules, (b) Entrant owns the rights to use and allow the use of the Entry as contemplated in these Official Rules, and (c) Entrant has not copied or in any way taken any of the Entry from any third party. 

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules, including all guidelines included herein, may be disqualified.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus or bugs, (ii) tampering or unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prizes (defined below) using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website; or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the registration in question. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  If the identity of the individual who actually participated in the Sweepstakes cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected individual's entry will be deemed ineligible.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Administrators, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each of their vendors, suppliers, consultants, sub-contractors, distributors, legal counsel and advertising, marketing, public relations and promotional/fulfillment agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical or human errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.

By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from or that are related to participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from or related to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE USA ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER.  SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize Winners will be selected in four (4) random drawings. The Prize drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. There will be one (1) drawing per Entry Period and one (1) Winner per drawing. Non-winning entries from each Entry Period will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. The Prize drawings will be conducted on or about the fifth day following the end of each Entry Period or, in the case of the final Entry Period, on or about the fifth day following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor (or Administrator) via the email address submitted with the entry. Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout each Entry Period. An Entrant is not a Winner of any prize, even if notified of being a Winner or issued any item of value, unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been, and continues to be verified to the satisfaction of Sponsor and Administrator, and Entrant has complied with all other requirements in these Official Rules.  

PRIZES & PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be four (4) Prizes available. Each Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrators’ verification of eligibility, will receive the following:

Total Prize Pool - $2,250 USD. NOTE: Substitution, assignment or transfer of a Prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value. All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winners. Gift cards and memberships are subject to additional standard terms and conditions.  Actual prizes may vary from the prizes pictured. Other restrictions may apply.  Limit: one Prize per person and per household.

By accepting the Prize, the Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of the Prize. The Winners will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. It is the sole responsibility of a Winner to seek independent counsel regarding personal tax implications. The Winners are solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached, declines the Prize, or does not comply with notification instructions within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. Each potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents by the deadline specified in the documents the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsor is in no way responsible for any cancellations, delays, postponements, diversions, substitutions, theft, misplacement, changes in service or any other act or omission, or result thereof, caused by any third party.  In the event that any error, mistake, failure, or discrepancy causes more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be promoted, noticed or claimed, Sponsor may award only the stated number of prizes by having Administrator conduct a random drawing from among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible Prize claims.

By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winners grant to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winners also acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

BINDING ARBITRATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise (including the interpretation and scope of this arbitration provision, and the arbitrability of the claim or dispute), between entrant and the Sponsor, or between entrant and any third parties if entrant asserts a claim against such third parties in connection with a claim entrant asserts against the Sponsor relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Sweepstakes, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate and/or (d) any aspect of entrant's relationship with the Sponsor (including but not limited to, claims relating to advertising), will be resolved exclusively by final and individual binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS, (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-comprehensive-arbitration/), including, if applicable, the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Illinois; (iv) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Sweepstakes; (v) the arbitrator shall apply Illinois law, consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and the arbitrator shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated unless a claim is brought as part of a “Mass Arbitration” as described below; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Released Parties; (viii) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, the Sponsor will pay as much of entrant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive;  and (ix) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein.  If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute.  For more information on JAMS and/or the rules of JAMS, visit their website at www.jamsadr.com.

Mass Arbitration: In the event entrant participates in any “Mass Arbitration” as that term is defined in the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/mass-arbitration-procedures), entrant expressly agrees to the application of the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines for any claims arising out of or related to entrant’s participation in this Promotion.

THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, OR AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. In the event of an inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including without limitation, an entry form or any point-of-sale, radio, television, print, or online advertising, these Official Rules will prevail and govern. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Sponsor and Administrators. The waiver by Sponsor or Administrators of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by the Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrators, and Entrant. 

WINNERS LIST REQUEST: To request confirmation of the first name, last initial, city, and state of residence of each Winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by March 31, 2027, to ASC/VS/RGF Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614. VT Residents may omit return postage.
