Oven - Place chicken on a baking sheet. Cook at 375° for 36-38 minutes and make sure to flip 20 minutes into cooking time. Internal cooking temperature should reach 165°

Convection oven 350 for 28 minutes (decrease temp by 25 degrees & time by 25%)

Air Fryer - Cook at 375° for 26-28 minutes, make sure to flip halfway through
