Frozen food has a problem—it’s often loaded with sugar, processed carbs, and artificial ingredients. At Real Good Foods, we’re on a mission to change that by making nutritious food without sacrificing the flavors you love.
We didn’t launch from a boardroom—we started in a kitchen. In 2018, we introduced just two products: Chicken Crust Pizzas and Mini Enchiladas, sold directly from our website. The response? Overwhelming. So we got scrappy. We installed over 1,000 freezers ourselves and delivered to Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, and independent health stores across the country. No big frozen brand had ever done it that way. It was bold. It was weird. And it worked.
Today, we’re still breaking the mold—creating real comfort food made with real ingredients. Because eating well shouldn’t be complicated. It should be Real Good.
