Real Good Foods SMS Sweepstakes Official Rules

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO SMS SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective state of permanent residence at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Sweepstakes runs from 6/18/2026 at 2:00pm PST through 6/21/26 at 11:59 pm PST by subscribing to SMS. Free method of entry without SMS subscription is available, see below for alternate method of entry instructions. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will receive one (1) $150 Costco gift card. The Approximate Retail Value: $150. If the winner does not have access to a Costco location or membership, Real Good Foods will substitute a $150 gift card to a retailer of comparable value at Real Good Foods' discretion. 

To enter without subscribing to SMS, reply to this email with code “FATHERS DAY” in the body of the email, or send an email to marketing@realgoodfoods.com with the subject line "Father's Day Sweepstakes Entry" and include your full name in the body of the email. Email entries must be received by 11:59 pm PST on 6/21/26. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Only one (1) email entry per person regardless of how many email addresses are used. Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

The winner will be contacted via text message (for SMS entrants) or email (for email entrants) from the Real Good Foods short code (48491) or from marketing@realgoodfoods.com only, and may be required to provide additional information such as but not limited to date of birth, full name, email, or mailing address in order to fulfill the prize. This additional information will not be shared with 3rd party vendors. If a verified winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 5 business days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
