These terms apply to text messages sent to and from the Real Good Foods Customer Care number, 818-299-4179. They are separate from any Real Good Foods marketing text program.

Program Description

Real Good Foods Customer Care texting lets you text us questions, product concerns, or feedback and receive replies from our customer care team. This number is used only for customer care and transactional/informational messages related to your inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional messages from this number. This number is for text messages only; we are unable to take phone calls at this number. Please text us or email contactus@realgoodfoods.com.

How You Opt In

You opt in by texting us at 818-299-4179, or by checking the optional SMS consent box on our Contact Us form. Consent is not required to submit the form or to purchase any product.
