Instructions

For Low Carb, Low Sugar General Tso's

First, bake your low carb General Tso's at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. While your General Tso's is cooking, thaw the sauce packet in a bowl of warm water. Follow the directions on your package of frozen cauliflower rice to prepare it while the chicken bakes.  When the chicken is done, mix the chicken and sauce in a preheated skillet over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Pair the chicken with your cauliflower rice for easy, low carb and low sugar takeout at home.
