Ingredients

  • Real Good Foods Chicken Strips (however many you'd like)
  • 2 cups of mixed greens or spinach
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 slices of cooked and diced bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch to your desired amount

Our new Chicken Nuggets and Strips are great by themselves, but if you are looking for ways to get more greens in and are tired of the same ol' salad, you have to try adding our Chicken Strips! Only 4g of Carbs, 23g of Protein, and lightly breaded in chickpea flour instead of enriched, bleached flours.

No matter what your favorite salad is—Cobb, Caesar, Blue Cheese, Asian Style—our Crispy Chicken Strips are the perfect addition. Perfect for a super easy meal prep or quick lunch whenever you need it. We love to Air Fry the Strips at 375* for 12-15 minutes to get them super crispy without having to heat up the house with the oven. By the time you are finished making your salad, the strips will nearly be done, so it's so convenient for a quick meal!

  1. First, take Chicken Strips out of the bag and place them on an air frier-safe tray. Air fry at 375* for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165*. If you prefer them crispier, continue to heat at 3 minute intervals until they meet your crispy desires!
  2. While they are cooking, cook 2 slices of bacon fully and hard boil an egg.
  3. Prepare the salad with mixed greens, diced red onion, sliced cherry tomatoes, a hard boiled egg, 2 slices of crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the finished Chicken Strips and smother in your favorite Ranch Dressing.
