Our new Chicken Nuggets and Strips are great by themselves, but if you love a little kick, you have to try this Nashville Hot Chicken Copycat Recipe! Only 3g of Carbs, 23g of Protein, and lightly breaded in chickpea flour instead of enriched, bleached flours.
Perfect for a game day snack during this Football season, or if you just want an easy, healthy alternative to some hot wings! If you prefer a bit more spice, add some more cayenne pepper to the recipe!
We LOVE seeing how you enjoy our products. So if you share a recipe, be sure to use the hashtags #BeRealGood, #RealGoodFoods. That way, we can see it...and maybe even feature your recipe on our website!
- First, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, except for the Hot sauce.
- Take frozen Chicken Strips and coat them in the sauce. Place them on an air frier-safe tray and air fry at 375* for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165*. If you prefer them crispier, continue to heat at 3 minute intervals until they meet your crispy desires!
- After they are finished cooking, smother them in Frank's Buffalo Sauce or your preferred Hot Sauce. You can reheat another 2 minutes or leave as is!
- Pair them with some pickles for that ultimate Nashville treat!
- Enjoy! Just don't forget to snap a photo and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #BeRealGood!
