Chicken Caesar Nachos

Ingredients

  • Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Caesar Dressing
  • Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place frozen strips on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake on the center rack for 27–29 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and flip halfway through heating time (optional).
    1. Air Fryer alternative: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen strips in the air fryer basket ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook for 14–16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and flip halfway through heating time (optional). Let cool for 1 minute.
  4. Once the nuggets have cooked, remove from oven and let cool completely. Slice into bite-sized pieces
  5. On a platter, lay tortilla chips in a single layer
  6. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and sliced chicken nuggets
  7. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the nachos and top with grated parmesan cheese
  8. Enjoy!
