Best prep method for our Enchiladas is a Toaster Oven or conventional oven. After baking, we love pairing with fajitas, or veggies, or little lettuce, sour cream and salsa to create a complete entrée! Perfect for Meal Prep!
Also, after baking in oven or microwave, we always take the enchiladas out of the tray, put on a plate, and pour the cheese / sauce from the tray on top!
