MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (1000W)

  1. Place 7 frozen meatballs on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  3. Rearrange and flip meatballs on plate.
  4. Cook for an additional 45 seconds - 1 minute or until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute. ENJOY!

CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place frozen meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake on the center rack for 14-16 minutes until and internal temperature of 165°F is achieved and flip halfway through heating time (optional).
  4. Let cool for 1 minute. ENJOY!

AIR FRYER COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F
  2. Place 7 frozen meatballs in the Air Fryer basket ensuring they are not overlapping.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes and then shake the tray to rearrange the meatballs. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved.
  4. Let cool for 1 minute. ENJOY!
